What's New in this Release
The DataCore Plug-in for VMware vSphere 3.4 includes the following new features and enhancements:
- A new column "Protected" has been added to the Virtual Disks (vDisks) and Datastores tables to display if a vDisk or Datastore cannot be deleted using the DataCore Plug-in. vDisks that have Continuous Data Protection (CDP), Replication, or Snapshots enabled are considered protected. Such vDisks can only be deleted from the DataCore Management Console (DMC).
-
The option to delete multiple vDisks and Datastores in a bulk has been enabled.
If the "Protected" field is set as "Yes" for some of the vDisks or Datastores during a bulk delete, these vDisks and Datastores will be skipped and will not be deleted.
- A success or failure message is displayed while deleting vDisks.
