Prerequisites Handler Upgrade Reliability

Resolved an issue where the Automatic Prerequisites Setup (Prerequisites Handler) could cause upgrades to fail due to an invalid Kubernetes Deployment specification. Upgrades now complete successfully without manual intervention.
