etcd Image Repository Override No Longer Required

The DataCore Puls8 Helm chart has been updated to use the correct default etcd image repository for Replicated PV Mayastor. As a result, the manual override (--set openebs.mayastor.etcd.image.repository=openebs/etcd) used in version 4.3 is no longer required during installation.
