Creating a Support Bundle from the Command Line

A support bundle collects system and diagnostic information used by DataCore Technical Support to analyze and resolve issues.

If the DataCore Management Console or Executive Service is unavailable, the bundle can be created directly from the command line using the DcsSupportBundle.exe utility.

This method generates a bundle for the local machine only. If support bundles are required from multiple servers, run the command separately on each server.
