Storage Health

DataCore vFilO enables administrators to efficiently and intelligently manage all storage resources under management with DataCore vFilO.

The health of storage volumes can be quickly seen from the Storage System tab in the Infrastructure & Data page of the DataCore vFilO UI.

Icon Description
Healthy volumes are indicated by a green icon
Degraded volumes are indicated by a yellow icon
DataCore vFilO considers a volume degraded if the latency increases to levels that may cause data to be non-aligned with their objectives.
Unhealthy volumes are indicated by a red icon
DataCore vFilO considers a volume to be unhealthy when DataCore vFilO and clients cannot access it and/or when data cannot be written to it.
Unregistered volumes are indicate by a grey icon.

Clicking on the volume name provides information such as Capacity, Performance, and Alignment, which can be useful for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
