Overview
DataCore Intelligence Service collects product telemetry data from DataCore’s core product, DataCore SANsymphony. For details on the data collected by the service, refer to the Collection Manifest.
The service is installed with DataCore SANsymphony or it may be installed on its own. Refer to Compatibility for more information about supported DataCore SANsymphony versions.
DataCore Intelligence Service runs on all machines in the DataCore server group. It handles the communication between the DataCore Server and DataCore Insight Services.
Data collection can be enabled or disabled at any time. Refer to Enabling or Disabling Data Collection for more information.
