About DataCore Intelligence Service

DataCore Intelligence Service collects product telemetry data from DataCore’s core product, SANsymphony. For details on the data collected by the service, refer to the Collection Manifest.

The service is installed with SANsymphony or it may be installed on its own. See Compatibility for information about supported SANsymphony versions.

DataCore Intelligence Service runs on all machines in the DataCore server group. It handles the communication between the DataCore server and DataCore Insight Services.

Data collection can be enabled or disabled at any time (see Enabling or Disabling Data Collection for more information.)
