If the disks used for capacity optimization are accidentally removed, the DataCore SANsymphony Inline Deduplication and Compression process can stop functioning and affect other areas of DataCore SANsymphony. To recover, plug in the disks and try Repair Capacity Optimization . If the issue persists, restart the system. It will go through log recovery and eventually bring the pool and virtual disks online.
