Upgrading DataCore VASA Provider via DataCore Deployment Wizard

Follow the procedure to upgrade the DataCore VASA Provider version using DataCore Deployment Wizard:

1. Launch the wizard, select Application and Server Tools.



2. From the deployment scenario, select VASA Storage Provider for VMware vSphere.



3. From the refine deployment scenario, select Update VASA Storage Provider.



4. Provide the name or IP address and the credentials of the vCenter with which the DataCore VASA Provider needs to be registered.



5. Provide the name or IP address of the server where the DataCore VASA Provider will be upgraded.



6. Provide the path to the DataCore VASA Provider installation package, and the password for the user dcsvasa that the wizard will create on all machines in the server group.



7. Review the settings and run the installation.
