Installing DataCore VASA Provider: Overview

The DataCore VASA Provider installation scenarios in the DataCore Deployment Wizard allow installing a first DataCore VASA Provider node or adding a node to a highly available DataCore VASA Provider configuration. The DataCore Deployment Wizard installs DataCore VASA Provider on a specified local or remote machine, registers DataCore SANsymphony with the provider, and registers DataCore VASA Provider with the vCenter.

DataCore Deployment Wizard can only install DataCore VASA Provider on a machine where DataCore SANsymphony is installed. For additional information, see the Getting Started with the DataCore VASA Provider section in the DataCore SANsymphony online help.
