Asynchronous Replication
The destination server unexpectedly stops accepting replication files causing the replication traffic to fill up the source server's buffer.
Disk Performance Counters
Performance counters for physical disks only showed a “zero” value immediately after they were added to, or whenever any disk was removed from, a disk pool.
DataCore Executive Service
The DataCore Executive Service (DCSX.exe) terminated unexpectedly.
DataCore Server and Server Group
Connections to the Server Group using either the DataCore Management Console or PowerShell commands failed with timeouts or a DataCore Server was unexpectedly reported as 'unavailable'.
Inaccurate Performance Metrics Displayed in the Windows Performance Monitor
The performance metrics exported to the Windows Performance Monitor were not reflecting the accurate metrics displayed in the DataCore Management Console.

I/O stalls after a previous iSCSI disconnection.

iSCSI port IQNs contained uppercase characters when they were created using PowerShell, preventing virtual disks from being discovered by hosts.
