Enhancements in DataCore SANsymphony 10.0 PSP20 - Preview 1

DataCore Management Console

• The DataCore Management Console has been enhanced to utilize server locality information for making more accurate default selections when creating virtual disks. The system now prioritizes servers from different localities, which will help you create more fault-tolerant virtual disks.

• The evacuate server workflow has been enhanced with multiple wizards to be more user friendly and provide a comprehensive breakdown of the virtual disk evacuation operations that will be performed in the DataCore Management Console.

Cyber Resiliency Rating

SANsymphony now provides suggestions to improve a virtual disk's Cyber Resiliency Rating. By hovering over the 'i' (Information) icon next to the star rating, you can view tips for upgrading the configuration, helping achieve higher star ratings and improving overall Cyber Resiliency.

Performance Metrics

Performance metrics in SANsymphony can now display up to two decimal places. This improvement is available in the DataCore Management Console, PowerShell cmdlets, and REST API, and applies to both configured monitoring thresholds and live performance metrics.

DataCore QLogic Driver

The latest DataCore QLogic Driver includes an updated firmware (version 9.15.0) for QLogic QLE26xx and QLE27xx HBAs. This update improves compatibility with existing specifications, enhances initialization and device handling, and ensures better performance and reliability.
